Kevin grew up in Modern-day Zimbabwe, Also living in South Africa and Saudi Arabia.
After a family tragedy, he was sent to school alone in Britain, where as the only boy playing sport barefoot, he suddenly found himself in a world where he felt very different.
Very much the one who did not quite fit the mould.
That early experience of change, loss and difference shaped much of the resilience, self-awareness and perspective he carries today.
Life taught Kevin early that security can shift quickly and that trust is never something to take for granted.
That lesson deepened through painful personal and professional experience.
His understanding of trust has been shaped not just by leadership and business, but by major family upheaval, the loss of his father, mother and his brother’s difficult relationship between his schizophrenia and Saddam Hussein.
Kevin’s been shaped by the kind of events that force people to decide who they are going to be when life gets hard.

That belief was tested again in business. Kevin built and grew a travel business to £20 million in turnover. It was a real success story, but it was not without strain. Along the way came the pressure of leadership, public scrutiny and the challenge of handling worldwide negative press attention when difficult PR moments hit.
Then came the biggest blow of all. The business was lost due to internal employee fraud from someone trusted on the inside.
That kind of loss is not just financial. It is personal.
It is sitting around a kitchen table with your wife and having to explain that the life you have built together is now under serious risk. It is trying to hold everything together while knowing the ground beneath you has shifted. It is learning, in the hardest possible way, what resilience actually means.
Kevin chose not to let that final chapter define everything that came before it.
Instead, he reflected, rebuilt and committed himself to enabling other business owners and leaders to avoid the same mistakes, pressures and blind spots that can quietly damage good businesses from the inside out.
